I am writing to thank you for the work your company did for us recently on the remodeling and expansion of our office. In particular, I want to let you know what an excellent job Ron Cunnigan did for us.

I strongly believe that a company’s facilities contribute to a productive work environment and to the satisfaction and pride of its employees. Obviously our own office was a project that was near and dear to my heart. I had a vision for our office space and Ron understood that and went out of his way to make sure my vision was realized. His attention to detail, pride in his work and willingness to work with me made him a true pleasure to work with.  In this day and age those qualities seem to be increasingly rare and he should be commended for his professionalism and dedication. I could not have asked for a more stellar performance on his part. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and it was very much appreciated.

Since our inception in 2010, we have always considered Kraft Electric to be one of our most valuable partners and it’s people like Ron that continue to reinforce that. The project turned out to be everything I envisioned. Next time you’re in the neighborhood stop by and I’ll give you a tour.

We just completed converting all of our fire panels from another service to EM 24 and added new communicators. I could not be more pleased with the results. The professionalism your people showed in completing this monumental task (my opinion) went above and beyond. There were obstacles presented by the panels. But, the talent of your crew shined when every obstacle was overcome with positive results. Since the conversions…we have completed our 2018 Annual Sprinkler System / Fire Alarm Panel Inspections. “FLAWLESS” I relayed this information back to our Prologis Senior Property Manager and told her; “this is the fastest these inspections have ever been completed in my 25 years with Prologis.” Again, I wanted to pass on this Thank You and tell you how much I appreciate the TEAM at Kraft Electric!
