Thank you to the Kraft Team on the Fischer Homes Office TI project we recently completed in Erlanger. We were fortunate to have a great team of contractors, and Kraft was at the top of the list. Ron Karaus from Kraft Electric was outstanding on this project. I believe that the “boots on the ground” are the guys that make fast schedules happen, and that was certainly the case with Ron. Week after week, Ron worked through the issues that come with renovation work, and met or exceeded every schedule target we asked him to. Thanks again to Kraft Electric for an outstanding project, and certainly feel free to use my name as a reference for Kraft.
Not only did we receive a quick response from you, the situation was handled with the utmost professionalism and expertise and it was resolved in a timely manner.
All of the electricians showed up on time and eager to work. Kraft Electric finished the project ahead of schedule, even with its three revisions changing the electrical scope. I would highly recommend Kraft to perform any electrical work.
We just completed converting all of our fire panels from another service to EM 24 and added new communicators. I could not be more pleased with the results. The professionalism your people showed in completing this monumental task (my opinion) went above and beyond. There were obstacles presented by the panels. But, the talent of your crew shined when every obstacle was overcome with positive results. Since the conversions…we have completed our 2018 Annual Sprinkler System / Fire Alarm Panel Inspections. “FLAWLESS” I relayed this information back to our Prologis Senior Property Manager and told her; “this is the fastest these inspections have ever been completed in my 25 years with Prologis.” Again, I wanted to pass on this Thank You and tell you how much I appreciate the TEAM at Kraft Electric!

I would also like to thank you for making accommodations to help us get necessary production started ahead of schedule. I install factories all across North America and I have wished that Kraft Electric were nation wide, then you could do all my plant installations.

Thank you for always being there when we need you, Kraft Electric has been a very valuable vendor for us and we greatly enjoy working with your teams.
I want to let you know how much I and everybody at Miami Township appreciate Mike Elam and Kraft Electric’s superb help and service this week. You may or may not be aware, but Mike spent over 18 consecutive hours here on Tuesday helping to trouble-shoot a telecommunications problem that we had. Mike understood the severity of the situation, gave us great management over another outside vendor who was also working on the situation, and adapted things so that we overcame the problems. Mike is a solid representative of Kraft and I very much appreciate the service that we receive from him.
